What our clients say about us

‘Green Guava Consulting is phenomenal and strategic in supporting an organisation. Their approach to our organizational Financial Procedures and Policy analysis was thought-provoking and engaging throughout the assignment. We appreciate the flexibility and understanding of the needs of our youth-led organization. The consultants go beyond revising the manuals and policies; they further capacitate the organization with a tailor-made action plan. I highly recommend them as exceptional, professional, and international.‘
Executive Director, Y plus Global

‘The consultants supported management to develop a draft organizational risk register identifying the key donor compliance, company registration, tax compliance and other risks. We greatly benefited from their support and expertise as we developed a prioritized compliance plan. We would highly recommend Green Guava Consulting to other organizations‘
Chief Operations Officer, Global Fishing Watch

‘Green Guava Consulting stands for quality. The consultants who performed the assignments to date are knowledgeable and culturally-sensitive. During the assignments, the local client is taken through an awareness process and helpful tools are provided. The findings from the reports are evidence-based and the recommendations are concrete and sound.‘
Project Quality Assurance, Woordendaad

‘The consultants engaged with us in what we knew would be a difficult assignment; the team came across as highly committed and professional, while maintaining a friendly, flexible, and personalized approach throughout the process, to ensure that we could jointly deliver a high quality product‘
Regional Programme Coordinator, Lutheran World Federation WS

‘The consultants guided Uzbek Forum for Human Rights through developing our 5-year strategic plan with expertise and strong understanding of the challenges facing human rights organisations operating in difficult environments. We greatly benefitted from this mentorship which crystalised our priorities and opportunities to grow as an organisation. Importantly, the steps and recommendations we developed were realistic and necessary. We hope to continue our conversations more regularly and would highly recommend GGC to other organisations. Thank you, Rudi and team!‘
Director, Uzbek fórum for Human Rights

‘They helped us with a variety of organizational development, financial controls and system set up, and complex change management projects. The consultant was always responsive, extremely helpful, and a great strategic partner to think through exactly what expertise we needed in order to meet our goals. They always managed to find a solution that worked within our organization’s constraints – whether limited time, limited funds, etc. ‘
Deputy Director, Health Alliance International
Case Studies
We supported a regional office and its partner organisations to strengthen internal controls and processes through an in-depth audit of adherence to the organisations minimum financial standards and prior audit recommendations.
We identified gaps and weaknesses in the existing anti-fraud activities, policies and processes and developed a recommended action plan to create a more cohesive risk management framework across the organization.
We supported the CFO to develop a new cost recovery policy based on a standard approach to cost classification and to launch a standard project budgeting tool in order to improve the organisation’s cost recovery on donor funded projects.
